Villa situata sulla splendida baia di Mazzarò, distante solo 50 metri dalla funivia per raggiungere il centro in un solo minuto e 100 metri dalle più rinomate spiagge della baia. La villa è su 2 piani ed è composta da una zona notte al piano superiore con due camere da letto matrimoniali e 2 piccoli bagni con doccia e da una zona giorno al piano inferiore con cucina soggiorno e un altro bagno con doccia, tv satellitare, aria condizionata e una terrazza di 75 mq. Altra camera singola e bagno con doccia in caso di 5° persona. Giardino di 70 mq. Dal 2° piano scala a chiocciola per salire in terrazza. Data di costruzione: 2004. Lenzuola e asciugamani inclusi. La Villa è indicata per coloro i quali amano soggiornare a due passi dal mare purtuttavia rimanendo vicini al centro della città grazie alla funivia. Villa Del Mare is located in the bay of Mazzarò (Taormina seaside), considered as one of the most beautiful bays in Italy. The bay has many shops, restaurants and bars. It is only 50 meters away from the cable car which takes you in the centre of Taormina in just 3 minutes, only 100 meters away from the beaches of the bay and from the Isola Bella beach. Villa Del Mare is built into 2 floors (the bedrooms from the living room and kitchen are completely separated). There is a garden below the villa built with "authentic sicilian stone". The first floor is formed by a living room with kitchen, a small bathroom and a balcony overlooking the bay. The 2nd floor is composed by 2 double bedrooms with 2 bathrooms with shower and the balcony overlooking the bay. There is also another room with a single bed in case of a 5-th person with another bathroom with shower. From The 2nd floor a staircase will let you reach the terrace. Each room of the villa has air-conditioning and SAT-TV. The bay below has the post office, groceries, newsstands, restaurants, bars and the cable car which allow you reach the center in 5 minutes without any stress with the car!
